We need to determine if your credit score is 570 or more. The only way we can do this (and determine whether you comply with our other criteria), is to run an application through our system called a “pre-score”. There is a cost associated to the processing of an application, hence the R95-00 fee.

Please note this is not payment to obtain a credit report. You can obtain a free credit report from any of the Credit Bureaus, although this would probably not reflect your credit score and will not furnish us with enough information to enable us to perform the pre-score.

This service is exclusive to consumers who purchase a vehicle from Finance.co.za or from Carsdirect.co.za. Finance.co.za is a division of Smartcredit, a registered Credit Provider, NCRCP 1473.
