Competition Terms & Conditions
- The Finance.co.za Dealer Competition will run from 1 May 2017 until 30 April 2018. Leads received during April 2017 will be added to your May 2017 lead tally.
- Entrants must be registered with Finance.co.za.
- The prize comprises one ticket to Austria per winning dealer.
- Where more than one dealership is owned by one owner or one dealer principal, each entry will be regarded as separate. Should the owner or dealer principal wish to consolidate his dealerships under one entry, a written request to do so must be received by Finance.co.za by no later than 31 May 2017. Finance.co.za reserves the right to refuse such a request for consolidation.
- Should the dealer principal and/or owner accept employment with another participating dealership, the score of his previous employer will not be transferred.
- You will earn points based on finance & insurance leads referred to us. If you don’t make use of our finance facilities, submit all your insurance leads on cash deals, deals financed with other banks and workshop leads. You can even submit historic leads provided you have the explicit consent from your customer to submit the lead.
- In order to give smaller dealers the opportunity to compete, your score is calculated on various factors and not just on volumes.
- Your score is calculated as a factor of the number of months you are active in the competition. This means you will not be penalised if you miss the first month. However, you have to actively submit leads for at least 10 of the 12 months.
- No employee or family member of Finance.co.za and/or its subsidiaries may enter this competition.
- Entry to this competition is voluntary.
- Winners will be notified via email.
- In order to be eligible for the prize any participating dealership has to submit enough leads to enable Finance.co.za and their insurance partners to issue at least 40 comprehensive insurance policies from the leads provided by the participating dealership.
- Finance.co.za reserves the right to change the format of the competition at any time.
- All winners will be required to be in possession of a South African Identity document and a valid passport with a minimum expiry date 12 months after the closing date of the competition.
- Travel arrangements for winners will be made by Finance.co.za and will be for the cost of Finance.co.za.
- Room sharing will not be optional and changes on arrival will not be accommodated.
- The prize includes all flights, accommodation, breakfast, dinner and tickets to the international racing event.
- Spending money and/or entrance to any other venues during the stay at the international racing event will be for the winner’s own account.
- Finance.co.za and/or any of its subsidiaries do not take responsibility for any consequences arising from any winner failing to comply with the necessary health requirements or any personal circumstances that may exclude the winner from partaking in the trip.
- Finance.co.za does not take responsibility for any loss, damage or injury that may be incurred during the trip to Austria.
- The once-off lead fee is only payable after three (3) successful debit orders of an insurance premium.
- Finance.co.za reserves the right to change the itinerary of the trip to Austria at its own discretion. More specifically, Finance.co.za reserves the right to change the venue of the trip to accommodate the 2018 Moto GP race calendar.
- Finance.co.za reserves the right to change the number of winners at any time, without the consent of participating dealers.
- How to enter: Your first lead will activate your competition registration. You can submit leads to us in either one of two ways:
- From your profile on our system. You can access your profile by clicking on the link in the emails we will be sending you. If you are not receiving emails, please contact us at dealercomp@finance.co.za or 0861 444 111. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to your profile. Finance.co.za will not be held liable if you do not communicate profile access problems to us.

- Please ensure that you have your customer’s written consent to pass his/her details to us in terms of the POPI Act.
